Ongoing home support for aging adults and their families

What We Offer

GoodHelp Services provides hands-on household support for seniors, widows, and families helping an aging parent— focused on practical, everyday needs that help homes stay manageable.

We focus on the everyday needs that don’t require a contractor but still matter for comfort, safety, and peace of mind. When small things pile up, they can affect how a home functions day-to-day. Our role is to help keep things moving forward in a steady, organized way.

How Our Model Works

Our service is personal, flexible, and relationship-based.

Most clients keep a simple running list of household needs. During each visit, we work through that list together and bill by the hour rather than by individual projects. This keeps things predictable and focused on what matters most to our clients.

Most clients choose ongoing, scheduled visits. With recurring support, we get to know the home and the routines, which allows us to work more efficiently and provide consistent care without starting over each time.

This model works especially well for families — particularly adult children — who want clear, predictable support in place rather than managing tasks one by one.

If something requires a licensed specialist or a larger project, we will always say so and help guide next steps.

Not sure if this is the right fit? We’re happy to talk through your situation and help you decide.

We work in private residences, including single-family homes, condos, and apartments. We do not provide services inside senior centers or assisted-living facilities.

Pricing & Payment

Our service is billed by the hour so you stay in control of how your time is used. Our standard rate is $90 per hour.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, cash, check, and major credit or debit cards.

Trust & Scope

GoodHelp Services focuses on everyday household support and practical home care.

We are fully licensed, insured, and bonded, and background checked.

We do not perform construction, remodeling, permit-required work, or licensed trade services such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or roofing. When specialized work is needed, we help families understand the next appropriate step.
