GoodHelp Services provides hands-on help with everyday household needs, especially during life seasons when managing everything alone feels overwhelming.
We handle the space between “too small to call a contractor” and “still needs to get done.”
These tasks pile up fast, and as the list grows, stress grows with it. GoodHelp exists to take that pressure off.
How We Work
Our service model is intentionally flexible: you choose how we use the time.
Most clients have a running list of tasks. We work through your list together and bill by the hour, not by the project, so you stay in control. You get clear pricing, no surprises, and we aim to handle multiple items per visit to stretch your time.
If you want ongoing support, recurring visits work best. We learn your home, keep a running list, and take care of things consistently without you needing to explain everything each time. You get peace of mind, and your family does too.
If a task needs a licensed specialist, we will tell you quickly and point you toward next steps. We stay within our insurance and safety guidelines.

Our Service Area
We primarily serve North Bend, Snoqualmie, Fall City, Carnation, Duvall, Sammamish, and unincorporated King County. If you are outside this area, reach out and we will check availability.
We serve private residences including single-family homes, condos, and apartments. We do not currently serve residents inside senior centers or assisted-living facilities.
Pricing
We charge by the hour so you control how your time is used.
$115 for the first hour, one-hour minimum
$100 per additional hour
Clients with recurring appointments may bank unused time for future visits.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Zelle, cash, check, credit cards, and debit cards.
Scope of Work
We are a state licensed business with Insurance and Bonding. We have a clean background check. We are Basic Life Support and CPR certified.
GoodHelp Services focuses on everyday household tasks and home maintenance. We do not perform construction, remodeling, trade plumbing or electrical, HVAC, roofing, or work that requires permits or specialty licensing.
Getting started is easy
Get in touch with us and we’ll discuss your needs, and to schedule an appointment. We find that having a discussion ahead of time helps with determining the scope of your projects and also any special materials we may need to bring onsite.
If you’re not sure whether something is a good fit, just ask. We’re happy to talk things through and help you decide what makes sense. For any projects outside our scope, we are happy to refer you to a locally based trade expert. Our first priority is that you get the help you need and if that falls outside our scope we will do our best to connect you to those resources.
