GoodHelp offers flexible scheduling based on what you need - whether it’s single visits, or recurring support.
First-Time and Single Visits
Start by submitting our contact form and sharing a bit about your needs. We’ll follow up by phone, text, or email to clarify the details and make sure the visit is a good fit before scheduling your appointment.
Recurring Support
Many people find the greatest benefit in recurring appointments, where we help manage a running list over time. The timing of these visits will be scheduled based on your needs, and we’ll work with you to set an established cadence.
Preferences often evolve, and schedules can always be adjusted - just let us know.
Safety and Professionalism
We work in safe, respectful environments and may pause or decline work if a situation appears unsafe or inappropriate.
Likewise we want to ensure our clients are safe. Below are things in our virtual ‘back-pocket’ to assure you that we take great care of you or your loved one:
We perform background checks on everyone we employ.
If we are concerned about the welfare of a senior, suspect dangerous living conditions, or that an individual is unable to care for themselves, we will contact Adult Protective Services.
If there is an immediate mental health crisis onsite, we will contact the Crisis Clinic.
Getting started is easy
Get in touch with us and we’ll discuss your needs, and to schedule an appointment. We find that having a discussion ahead of time helps with determining the scope of your projects and also any special materials we may need to bring onsite.
If you’re not sure whether something is a good fit, just ask. We’re happy to talk things through and help you decide what makes sense. For any projects outside our scope, we are happy to refer you to a locally based trade expert. Our first priority is that you get the help you need and if that falls outside our scope we will do our best to connect you to those resources.
